What is ULEK and it's practices?
Did you read about religion verses philosophy?
People love structure and love to be told how to do it right. Or you may
be the person who likes to tell others what the rules are. In either
case, you want to do it right, don't you? No one wants to be wrong. We
all want to be right. That is part of being human - wanting to please.
Whether we are a submissive personality or a dominate personality we all
seek to please in one way or another. Giving pleasure or guidance
comes from the Universal Love. We have an inherent desire to want to do
things right, to please others, to make others happy; so we can feel
that return of Universal Love (appreciation, gratitude, thankfulness).
It stems from the Universal Energy of doing an action that offers us and
others a mutual feeling of happiness - the energy of that action affects
others. And each person you affect also affects another and so
on...carrying that energy through several people. Then the Universal
Knowledge is felt knowing you have acted in a correct way, in a
pleasing or guiding manner.
So you have read enough on ULEK to say 'hey, I want to jump on the
band wagon but if I do what do I have to do?' You tell me. What? You want an answer, from Me? Should I
say the only way to actually understand is to send money? Let me think -
yeah - that sounds good.. so here let me say that, clearing throat and
sounding righteous "the only way to actually understand is to send
money". Really, you can if you want - here is a donation button

it - be crazy. Remember, I have an open-mind.
The whole point is
that there are no defined rules on how to practice ULEK except ULEK
itself. That's right, the only rule is ULEK. STOP trying to make
it difficult - really it is just that simple. It always has been.
Fine -
you want to complicate things? I can stretch it out to three things. Let
me assist you in understanding that it doesn't matter what way you
practice ULEK. Many of ULEK do the same things - using different ways
and words.
Principals of ULEK Expanded
The following is a quick overview of the philosophy of ULEK. It is
difficult for many to still understand and accept the true vastness of
the Universal concept which includes all that is now, has ever been, and
will be. Teachers and guides are offered to help you experience and
share ULEK, if you need assistance, we are here. There are no rules, no
laws, or commandments in the philosophy of ULEK; only what we should
strive for, which is itself ULEK. In each person seeking ULEK for
themselves - they are serving all others and all things. Unlike many
religions and philosophies the principles of ULEK are rather simple and
short, just three things to remember. . . 1) Universal love 2) Universal
energy and 3) Universal knowledge
You are Universal. The Universe is ALL. You are a part of everything,
every person you know, each person you meet, you have effected - which
in turn will effect another to where the link that is you is felt
through out the Universe. You are a spiritual being in a human form. A
being of love and energy and knowledge that is universal. You are not
alone but a part of everything and everything is a part of you. Matter
and energy can not be destroyed only changed. At all times, be aware of
the consequences of your individual actions and let the actions always
be of ULEK.
UNIVERSAL LOVE
Love all. Love not just your neighbor or your family but all that is
now, all that has been, and all that may be. Love cannot be given,
shared, or felt unless there is acceptance and understanding from you.
Do not expect love from others but accept all the love that others give.
You should strive to understand and then accept differences of people so
that you may know all people as your kindred in spirit and in love. If
you hate, you cannot be loved by others, yourself, or by the Universe.
Love what you do, understand yourself and your actions and do all things
that bring ULEK. Give your love freely without expecting anything in
return. Love the animals and plants that you consume, and the earth and
means that have provided you with food. With love comes understanding,
respect, kindness, generosity, and happiness. It is a circle, what you
give returns. Be open-minded. Those of ULEK do not try to convert
but understand that each of us are a teacher and each of us are also a
student. We can use words like vibrations to speak of the energy and
love that is in all things but can also listen and know when others are
using different words that we are speaking of the same things. We accept
that there are many differences for many reasons, and on many levels.
Strive to be proud of where and who you are and how you are seeing your
own truths.
Be of ULEK always but if you have a religion or a mesh of religions then
practice them
No matter which path you follow, practice what you claim to be your
spirituality.
ULEK is 24/7, not reserved for only one day of a week or a date.
Spirituality is always and a way of life for every minute of every day.
If ULEK is your religion you probably have a collection of different
things that express your spirituality. Besides daily following ULEK you
probably have taken whatever is most powerful to you in your expression
of love and then to practice this ceremony it is then your religion. All
true pagans follow the moon cycles and never practice to a defined date.
Newer religions have selected calendar dates to show certain respect,
praise, ceremonies and offerings of love. Even Catholic Mass is nothing
more than a ceremony.
UNIVERSAL ENERGY
Share your energy. DO. Be active in giving love and knowledge. Walk the
Talk.
Talk about what you will do, not what could be done. Make your words
into energy. Open yourself so that you may share your energy with others
and receive all the benefits of Energy. Understand and connect with all
Energy and Vibrations, understanding the feelings of others, the sense
of the room, the atmosphere, plants, animals, crystals - everything has
it's own Energy. Each action causes energy flow - positive, negative,
Universal, love, and the energy of knowledge which brings power.
Working, putting forth your energy, gives you energy (money for food for
the energy needed by the body, money for luxuries for energy for the
mind, and rewards of a good job/happiness the energy for the spirit).
Money is not power nor happiness but energy brings you happiness. Use
energy to enhance all parts of your life and you will in turn help all
aspects of life in general. Connect with your energy through meditation,
laughter, and some form of physical meditation like Yoga, Tai' Chi,
ChiKung and such. Verbally and Mentally express ULEK within yourself
Meditate and say Mantras and Chants to get in tune with yourself and
spirituality - be truthful to yourself - know yourself - be one with
your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual body.

Recite the 23rd Psalm
Beat your drum
Let your bowl sing
Stand at the great wall in Jerusalem and read
Sing "We are universal - we are love. Energy and Knowledge from
here to above"
UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE
Seek knowledge that you may understand and accept; finding truth and
spiritual growth. In using your energy to learn you will find
understanding and acceptance which will bring you love. Learn all that
you can. Go to school to learn, ask questions, continually read, and
explore everything. Tell others of what you have experienced and learned
so that they may seek the knowledge for themselves. Each of us is a
teacher and each of us are students. Do not force your thoughts on
others as each person must discover the Truth for themselves. Do not
accept any knowledge as a Truth until you know and feel that it is true,
seek the knowledge. Do not have or tell others of opinions and gossip -
find the Truth and speak your Truth. Be knowledgeable and be open so
that you can listen and learn and be smart enough to understand to whom
you communicate so that you can talk in a way they will understand what
you speak. Learn how to communicate with everyone and everything. Be
open minded and understand all so that you have Universal Knowledge and
can grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Let us all grow
together as one in ULEK. All is Energy. Universal Love, Energy, and
Knowledge are principles of love and kindness. There is not a fear
factor taught of a hell and damnation. Most of ULEK believe in
everlasting life; be that of a heaven, the change of our form to Spirit,
or Reincarnation. Anything we do will be dealt with here as humans and
also beyond, no matter what words you wish to use. Most think that the
negative is only human creation and expression since true unconditional
universal love could only be positive in it's true form. But then there
can't be one without the other...or is that just a conceived notion?
Seek your truth in Universal Knowledge.
