Workshops
Since 1994, those of the Spiritual Network have been assisting in
Universal Love, Energy, and Knowledge by offering cassette tapes,
videos, seminars, workshops, lectures, and discussion groups.
Part of the Universal Knowledge is the foundation that we are all
spiritual beings in a physical form and as such we have an open mind and
heart to different expressions of physicality and sexuality. This is why we are offering our Universal Understandings
through BDSM Sanctuary who also seeks to promote beliefs of ULEK. If you

How to Meditate – Open to all ages
Many of our seminars and workshops use meditation as a bases to expand
your experiences; so this class is designed for everyone who has trouble
meditating or has never learned ways to deeply relax and focus.
Coupled Meditation – adults over 21 only
Designed for a group of couples in expressing very intimate moments
using meditation. A basic introduction to meditation will be reviewed
but for maximum benefit each person should be able to at least reach a
point of relaxation and be able to focus.
Minimum of three couples and maximum of seven couple per session
so that everyone can receive personal attention as needed.
Meditation for Health and stress reduction– Open to all ages
Learn how meditation can lead to instant relieve of stress and assist in
health issues
Energy Sex– adults over 21 only
Learn how to use your own energies to enhance sexual pleasures. An open
mind to learning will find this seminar could revolutionize your sex
life forever. Imagine giving someone an orgasm without touching.
M2M Meditation to Masturbation – adults over 21 only
Available for groups of biological women, groups of biological men, and
transgender mixed groups. This is a hands-on class where you will learn
how to meditate to incorporate meditation into your masturbation. Many
of us already understand the concept of how in tune we may be with a
fantasy during this intimate self-moment. With meditation practices
self-enjoyment can be lead to a new level.
Sexual Communication without words– adults over 21 only
Our bodies communicate more than most realize; sending signals visually,
by odor, by changing the way our sweat or intimate fluids taste, by
movement, by breath, and by energy. Learn how to see, smell, and taste
what you are missing.
Sex and Sound– adults over 21 only
We all understand that sound is a powerful force but it is not what you
hear but the vibrations of the sound, the energy of the sound that cause
responses. Explore how sounds affect the body by experiencing a native
drum, a singing bowl, words, grunts, the ringing of bells and other
sounds. Get a basic understanding of charkas to see why certain sounds
feel better in certain parts of the body.
Chakras Basic– Open to all ages
Presented as a class you will learn the principles behind charkas and
how to use that understanding to aid in healing to increased pleasures.
Learn how the body is connected to our emotional, mental and spiritual
being.
Chakras and sex– adults over 21 only
Chakra Basic is necessary to attend this class. Structured as a
continuation of “Chakras Basic” you will learn specific ways to use
energies to increase and control sexual pleasure for yourself and your
partner.
BDSM energy– adults over 21 only
Those involved in BDSM will find this an excellent addition to their
knowledge. An exploration of the power and energy exchange on the
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels
Sadistic Energy for the masochists– adults over 21 only
The combination of the two energies – the giving and the receiving -
is explained on an energetic level to increase understanding for
both players. See how the mind, the body, and the emotions connect thru
this play of pain and pleasure.
BDSM Spirituality– adults over 21 only
An interesting beginning for anyone beginning the path of BDSM. This
class discusses how the mental, emotional, and physical bodies can be
brought to a spiritual level through BDSM.
Gynarchist Spirituality - Ladies over 21
only
Learn what it is to be and rule as a spiritual Gynarchist. This class is
for Ladies only.
Transformations
Merge your femininity and masculinity into the person that you are. To
be balanced we must be both but what shows on the exterior is your
expression of who you are to the world. Learn how to talk, walk, and be
the gender that you wish to express. Classes are designed around the bio
gender of the group to learn opposite gender traits and mannerisms such
as ways to hold your hands, sit, and general movements. Learn to even
laugh in the gender you express to the world or learn how to be you in
your gender expressions.
The Beast With In - ages 21 and up
Unique understanding of the primal part of you that you may have hidden
and locked up within yourself. In society we strive to conform and suppress
the animalistic nature that we are as human animals. In this workshop
you will have meridians and chakras opened and balanced to give your
inner self the opportunity to come forth in a safe and control environment.
Those of us with knowledge of our Beast within know it likes to
come out and play. Your Beast being brought out and to the surface is
the first step in merging those powers back into yourself.
