MISSION & Welcome Statement

Since 1995, Mistress Kay has been providing BDSM and fetish information and promoting BDSM related services through the Internet. In 2004, The BDSM Sanctuary was developed as a safe haven for those in the BDSM lifestyle. Be ye a novice and new to BDSM or a seasoned lifestyler, you are official welcomed into My Sanctuary. It is the mission of the Sanctuary to provide ways for those in the BDSM lifestyle to meet, socialize, purchase needed goods and services, and to explore information through many resources. Although the site is dedicated to Gynarchic BDSM, The Queen shall allow Lords and Masters entrance, as long as they uphold the spirit of the House of Sanctuary.

Those in the Sanctuary understand, or will come to understand, that BDSM and the principles of Gynarchy are very spiritual. The commitments that Mistress and Her slave make are far deeper than any marriage or a vanilla relationship. It is the mission of the Sanctuary to provide a spiritual outlet and community for those of U/us with this higher spiritual understanding in BDSM.

StormPay is happy to work with clients who purchase adult related items and clothing. BDSM Sanctuary will never receive your credit card information. You place your credit card or banking information through StormPay's secured server. We want you to be confident that it is safe to do business with BDSM Sanctuary. CONFIDENTIALITY: Your privacy is very important to us, so all items sent are in a nondescript package. Additionally, your e-mail or address will never become part of a marketing sales list. BDSM Sanctuary, will never sell your e-mail, your mailing address, or name to anyone - ever. Furthermore, we do not sell, trade or exchange our customer data with anyone. We consider the information you provide to us as confidential. We use it only for the purpose of processing your order and serving you as our customer. DELIVERY DATES: We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for "act of God', weather, or technology failures that may interrupt us providing prompt delivery of your items. Most items sold directly from BDSM Sanctuary are e-mailed articles which will be sent out within 72 hours of the purchase. We do not have an automated system and all orders are handled by a real person. 

SHIPPING: All items are shipped in nondescript packages for your discretion. All packages require a receipt of signature so we are assured that you have received your items. We except no responsibility for parcels sent to an address other than the cardholders address, parcels are always sent "signed for delivery". We do not ship to post office boxes except by US Postal mail. On tangible items shipping must include insurance charges in case the item is damaged. This is to protect our clients and will be included in shipping charges. Opened cassettes and video cassettes may not be returned for any reason. Whereas any tangible item that is not an original art work or a one of a kind object is received damaged, the Merchant may offer a replacement, refund, or credit. If an original item has been damaged we will happily discuss options or offer a refund per the shipping insurance. We endeavor to make our clients happy and as such offer complete customer support.

Because many of the products sold are original art works or hand crafted items they are represented with details and/or photographs; for this reason every item is sold in a "as is" condition. Custom crafts and art are sold with the client having previous samples and therefore the client accepts the custom art/product 'as is'. No refunds shall be given on custom art/product items. Most art/design orders are offered as an e-mail sale. Please review the additional policy terms of sale noted with each individual merchant.

NON-USA SHIPPING: We enjoy selling all over the world but it is not as easy to understand insurance rates and delivery costs when going out of the United States. Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import duty. We must request that before you place your order to contact customerservice@bdsmsanctuary.com for a shipping quote and delivery time. A street address and telephone number are required for shipping outside of the U.S.

DISPUTES:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact the BDSM Sanctuary at customerservice@bdsmsanctuary.com  through e-mail, by telephone, or postal service. To insure your transaction security BDSM Sanctuary uses Storm Pay for adult oriented materials. This is to insure the highest possible method of preventing credit card fraud. If your reported stolen credit card was used to purchase an item contact StormPay AND US immediately. Merchants are responsible for their own credit card transactions and payment methods. Be sure to review the terms and conditions associated with each merchant.  HOS is the legal owner of the BDSM Sanctuary and thusly all legal disputes would be directed at the business name.

WAIVER:
In using any person or business within the BDSM Sanctuary, you waive any and all claims of responsibility against HOS., BDSM Sanctuary, it's employees, members, owner and developers, accepting and understanding that you may not seek or lay claim to any compensation for any results of the opinion, information, service, consultation or your response to or action of receiving such. The owners, employees, and members are not responsible in any manner on how any item, consultation, opinion, information, or herbal remedy is used. In using any product or service you waive all responsible from the BDSM Sanctuary, HOS, it's employees, owner, and members and accept full responsibility of all actions upon yourself. No item(s) or consultation come with any sort of guaranty or warranty.
