This article is offered for your review and understanding. Since this is a document produced from the materials of a book I am writing - do not copy this article. I provide this information so that you can use this as a possible format of your own personal sub in training Agreement or for an understanding of what is expected from a sub in training as well as what is expected from a Dom who offers a training collar. This is written as a UNISEX Agreement so that a Mistress or a Master may use this contract.
Many do not use contracts and agreements and at this stage of the sub's development I think it is the best time for an actual contract. The submissive has already had a period of time to consider the collar and may even have been in a Collar of Consideration before accepting this Agreement. Be sure to release the submissive from the Collar of Consideration before they enter into this contract. Only a free person can give themselves. This contract is also so the sub knows what to expect from the DOM - yes, a submissive will have expectations of training since that is what they long for. A submissive seeks to understand if they are a slave or a submissive and the training period will tell the submissive and the DOM if the submissive has a slave heart. This contract allows the submissive to understand that this is not a game but reality. It also allows the Owner to detail training methods and what they shall teach the sub in training.
Understanding and clear communication is the basis for a great D/s relationship. Both parties should be honest and communicate on a personal level to establish trust. This trust becomes the foundation the sub relies on when in play and training.
Agreement of submissive in Training Collar to Owner
I , ________________________________________________ (full legal name) hereby referred to as "sub” or “slave" do hereby freely agree, without force or coercion of any sort, and accept with pleasure the following terms of service to the One whom shall be known as my Owner “___________________________________" under this Agreement and per the terms of this Agreement and the time period as defined within. I understand that this is a contract within the BDSM lifestyle community and legally binding where applicable:
1.
In the BDSM lifestyle, capitalization is allowed only in regards to
dominate persons. i shall never capitalize the letter 'I' or when in
referring to myself.
2.
Before this contract was entered into the contract was negotiated.
The Owner detailed what was expected and has written those things on the
back of this Agreement. The sub/slave disclosed any limits and listed those
things on the back of this agreement.
3.
i understand that there is no higher honor to a submissive than
becoming the property of it’s Owner, to be in training in hopes to prove
myself worthy to perhaps one day become full property as a slave wearing an
Ownership Collar.

5.
i understand and accept that in becoming a submissive, i may be
publicly registered in any BDSM registries including the International Slave
Registry (IRS) as owned property.
6.
i further understand that i may be registered with any BDSM
associated clubs or organizations as property of the Owner.
7.
i shall endeavor to treat all Women as the wondrous beings as they
are, to honor Women, and show respect at all times, accepting my place in a
Gynarchic living style as being trained by the Owner.

9.
i shall quickly and explicitly follow the General slave rules as set
forth to me, the terms of this contract, and any and all rules my Owner
establishes at any time ‑ without fail and without questioning.

Upon meeting any Mistress, Master or slave/sub
i will express that i am happily the sole property of my Owner as a

18.
i shall maintain, clean, construct, and furnish the dungeon or
training areas as deemed by my Owner.

i shall endeavor to appear as my Owner wishes.

i shall endeavor in all ways to please my Owner ins the quickest
possible manner.

i shall perform any and all services to any slave, person or persons
as deemed.

While in public or vanilla places i will follow the carefully

23.
This contract shall remain in effect and binding from the date of the
contract signature till ________________.
At such time the training may be extended or a slave contract may be
offered. The sub has full
rights to negotiate a new contract at that time.

Ending this Agreement will not release either party from maintaining

A slow word of “YELLOW” shall indicate there is a limit being
approached, that you need to tell the Owner something, perhaps you are
losing circulation or need a bathroom break.
No slow or caution words are allowed to a slave in training.

Confidentiality Agreement, Non‑Disclosure, and Discretion: This

Both parties do hereby state that they are not associated with any

Both parties agree that they are of legal consenting age and have

Without fail the sub/slave agrees to always show respect and to be
subservient to Owner; condensed version -

33.
Each session (the time that the slave and Mistress are together)
shall begin with a pledge to Owner and adornment of a collar or other object
as defined by the Owner that signifies the beginning of the session and that
it is not to be removed until the end of the session by Owner.
Without
any coercion of any kind, sub/slave enters into this agreement because it is
the desire of sub/slave to serve the wishes, whims, requests, and demands of
Owner. As sub/slave, the sub/slave does hereby accept this contract on and
from this time forward, until this contract is canceled, and shall obey
Owner. Upon applying my
signature below sub/slave does hereby state that sub/slave is of legal age
and that sub/slave understands and agrees to all terms and conditions as
outline before entering into this legally binding. Proof of age and identity
is bound by a copy of my driver's license so attached.
